We work directly with our makers rather than holding warehouses full of stock. That is how we keep prices well below Australian retail, and it means your order takes longer to arrive than something posted from a warehouse down the road.
We would rather tell you that here than have you wondering on day nine.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Delivery: around 2 weeks, occasionally 3
Public holidays can stretch it slightly. If you need something by a particular date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders over $100
- Under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address
You will see the exact cost before you pay. No surprises at the final step.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after you receive it, which is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Orders with more than one item
If you order several things they may arrive separately, on different days, in different parcels. You are not missing anything, the rest is still coming.
If your order is late
If you are past three weeks, email us. We will chase it, and if it cannot be found we will replace it or refund you. See our returns page.
